This module is designed to familiarize students with the specific legal language used in public law. It aims to provide them with a solid foundation in legal vocabulary, both from theoretical and practical perspectives, enabling them to understand, use, and appropriately apply legal terminology in their studies, legal readings, and practical case exercises.
Mastering legal terminology is a fundamental skill for every legal professional. It is essential for understanding legal texts, including laws, constitutions, and judicial decisions; ensuring the accuracy and rigor of legal reasoning; and improving the quality of both written and oral legal expression.
These courses are intended for third-year Bachelor’s degree students specializing in Public Law. They seek to immerse students in the specialized language of law and develop their ability to communicate effectively using appropriate legal terminology. The course will focus on the key terms related to the subjects taught during the fifth semester, as well as the concepts, expressions, and linguistic distinctions that shape legal discourse.
